Well, for me. There was a 8 year old turned around, with his mother. The son sounded like he was crying, So I went over to the 8 year old and said, here have $10 and go buy yourself a toy. He turned around, it was a small dude, with a disease, he was about 25-30 years old and that women was his wife. Turned out they where arguing. he kept my $10
