The "Hacking" Section

So i need something that relats to the "Hacking" section witch is not up and i wont say it on here casue there is like 1000 mods now even though 2 of them are my day 1s. But basically i need something to make someone not be able to get online anymore. And everything i use sucks so i need advice or a hook up ill do you a recovery on cod or GTA or w.e just need something thanks
