Even if they appear offline, the game will come up as a recent game played on xbox.com. Both of them don't evem have MW3 played as their last 5 games played.

It is an RGH mod.
You can mimic any gamertag you choose and it will act as their profile as well.
I did this with my friend posing as Temper and it actually acts as their profile.
pretty cool mod there.
