Hey, I'm really starting to get into GFX, and since Christmasd is coming up, I thought maybe I could edit the current banner and make and add Christmas effects to it?

I'd be more than happy to do it
 
Wouldn't be a bad idea. But if your shit at gfx don't try.

But he is still an Administrator, and should have a third of the say in the way things are run Considering if this is run as a Democracy.
 
Quite frankly, the users would have to decide :3

I'm never good with this stuff >.<, How about something Game related? Swords or something i guess maybe a shield?
