Good look with it, hopefully Jagex won't ban you when getting your fifth 99, like they banned me when I got 67 strength.
 
70 isn't even near half way of 99 lol. So no, no way you can get 99 in a week.
 
92 is half way to 99 guys
It will probably take you two weeks with that xp/hour
