I would like to thank my boy Living for giving me his Power and Power+ upgrades. He's a really chill person, but I know that that isn't the story right now aha..

There are no requirements, it's Philly's decision if he should be in Power+ or not.

Thanks Ariana. I really want to see these requirments put back in place. The exclusivity made it desirable and now it is sort of ruined :/

No, Living came second in the posting contest and got given all upgrades. He already had all upgrades so he gave them to Simple.
