Three Basic Rules

Summary
Every turn you will be able to move (how far you can move depends on your stats) and then attack or trade. You may be attacked by wild monsters or by other players or you may choose to attack them yourself (See monsters section) Every round will last 1 day and during that time you will post what your character is doing in the action thread (Link to come) Then I will move the players on the map and go through all the motions. Finally I will provide a summary of what happened that round. This will be repeated over and over!
Map and Moving
Here is the map that is going to be used for now.
(If someone wants to make a better map then feel free)
Each turn you may move your character however many spaces is allowed (This is what level your character is in movement) You will have to indicate somehow where your character is moving. A couple of possibilities are to take a screenshot of the map and draw on it or just write where you want to go but be very specific. Each of the colored x's on the map indicate a city. You will have to go to a city in order join tourneys or shop. After you move then you will battle.
Battle with Monsters
There are a variety of monsters in the game. (A list will be created and the monsters will be released when someone battles them) After typing or showing where you are moving you will indicate how you want to battle. There are 3 options.
1) Search for Monsters by name - This will allow you to choose what monster you would like to battle. If there are none of the monster you want to fight near you then you will be attacked by a random monster.
2) Search for PVP - If there are players around then you will initiate a PVP with them. If there are no players around then you will either be attacked by a monster or be safe for the time being.
3) Get attacked - If you do not want to search for a specific monster then you can say so and a monster will be chosen at random to attack you. There is also a chance that you will not be attacked but it is very slim.
PVP:2guns:
PVP will be entirely determined by stats and not just by random chance. Look at the character thread to learn more about stats and how they work.
The winner of a PVP battle will claim some of the opponents items. Each item will have a claim chance which is the chance that it will be lost in battle. There is also a bonus for killing your opponent that will not come from their money or items.
Cities/Towns/Shops
You must be on a city hex to do any of these actions. Once on a city hex you may do any 2 of the following things instead of moving and attacking. You may also do 1 city thing and move or you may just take a normal turn.
Things to do in a City
1) Talk to a vendor - When doing this action you must PM me as well as write down in the forum that you are shopping. I will PM you back with the stock and you can buy from there.
2) Heal - You may take a second to rest in a city healing ALL of your health in the process.
3) Join a Tourney - Every once in a while there will be a tourney and you will have to join from a city hex
4) Attack the City - This is a very hard thing to do and you will probably be beaten. If you somehow happen to win then you will take control of the city making tons of gold and controlling who enters.
