Temp/Register suggestion

I was wondering if a little note regarding how/when to create temporary accounts could be added to the register page,

This may help with multis, and people who lose access to their accounts.

It can be access as

Saying

If your not banned and have lost access to your account..

Its been 24 hours since suggested (estimated) so I'm tagging @Philly

I do not see any reason for this, considering all support sections such as ban disputes and account recovery are in fact only accessible to guests. So having accounts created would void the entire feature, because anyone registered cannot post in these sections.
