Telling the public about selling/buying OG's

I spend a lot of time on my phone/computer, and my mom doesn't like it. She asks me the other day; what are you doing that makes the internet so addictive. So i basically gave her a rundown of what OG's are, how they are sold/bought/traded, why they have value, etc. (Also told her about a few guys like @rude, @jamillion, @kik, hehe). I told her my current paypal balance (295$) and she was pretty blown away.​



 She thought the whole idea was really weird. She told some people at work, and they said it makes sense, though. This was the sorta thing that happened a while ago, when the internet was new, but with URL's. ​


Yesterday, My mom was at work when someone cane to her office and said; The whole story about buying/selling username's, It could make for a great story. Would your son be interested in doing a piece on T.V.?​


So basically I got offered to do a story on T.V. and maybe a newspaper article about OG's. ​


My question is; should I do it? Do you think it could ruin the community, bringing on more newbie faggots?​


I was also thinking of using the money I have + selling the rest of my shit + some money from work to get my moms room re-done by a designer. Is that a good or bad idea?​

Telling people IRL about buying and selling OG's has got to be the most awkward and painful thing ever. After the painful explaining part is over.. it pays off because everyone thinks your some kind of entrepreneur god.

The gt market is dead anyway, and I actually would like to see how the general public would react to this. Wouldn't you guys think it would be interesting? idc about online names too much so if the market is gone, then w/e lol I have everything I want basically c: I think you should do it

When I was swatted the police had to know the site and other info and my parents have had to talk to fbi about my situation and info on this site so I wouldn't go any further because this site is all illegal activity(selling usernames) and with that being said above idk what will happen if anything happened to this site. But thanks for mention what you bring up about me, I'm curious haha
 
I have one of my OG @s as my main. So many irl friends ask me about it. But its a fun story to tell i guess. @Beware is right it would kill the market and companys could either invade on this or put a huge stop to it and would kill one of the main purposes of this site. Please dont my dude not good for the sites rep.

Do you know how many people/corps have offered to interview me? Over 20 including Vice and CNN. Dont fucking do it, for you, for the community. The more people find out, the more people are going to do this. Not only that, what we do isnt "illegal" but it isnt legal either. You could be fucked with by the feds.

OT:

@graduation don't do it. All it will do is bring MS/Other SM Companies employees to the site to stop it. We'll get 1,500 new signups like @'MSJohn' or @'SnapFish43' or even @'IG_dev'. Then the market would die. and philly would likely have to remove the market or be sued. ;p
