now this days many of us wanted to loose weight, and try different slimming things even medicines but in my own way i prefer the normal way it will make you more discipline and more confident, before i was weighing 75kg now i'm only 62kg, waistline before was 37inch now 31 inch so how about you what did you do to loose weight?
