It seems like you placed a render on a background, greyscaled it, and used pent tools.

Looks a bit to small. Make the width and length bigger.

Those colorful squiggly lines look too fake and throw off the focal way too much.
The text makes another focal because of bad placement.
It could also use a border.

I love the effects you used, however I dislike that the effects seem a little low quality.
