Tell me what this means

So I see some users on here with a line through their name but they are not banned... Then I see users with a line through their name and it says under it "Banned". What is the difference between both of those? I know the banned one means they are banned from from FK but what about the other??

Feel stupid for asking this but I would like to know.

The users with a line through their name but they are not banned, means that the name has not been updated.

The users with a line through their name and it says under it "Banned," means that they are banned until the suspension that they have (if they have one).
