There just cosmetic and didn't they increase the chance of getting them signifigantly for the weekend? oh and whered you get the top hat.
 


make you look like you have cancer, basically. It's fugly unless i buy something to match it from the loyalty shop or something, but its nice to get something better than 50gp for once

Lol yeah apparently they're seriously increased in odds to get. I just found somebody with the same tattoo as me, along with somebody with blue horns. :/ The blue horns look Badass

No it's a Valaerian blade. A new weapon from the troll's quest series. 'Tis called "OP: Mountain Storm".

No they can't be sold and they shouldn't be worth any value since you can't trade them.

anyways, if you've ever been tempted to buy spins for the squeel (i havent LOL) buy them this weekend or some weekend during may. Seems the rate for all of the horns is drastically increased, and some of the horns are actually pretty cool looking.
 
It's this weekend when the horns/tattoos have an increased spin chance on sof.
 

Then that's just pointless in my opinion.
