Taining Spots

Hey guys, I need to train attack strength and defense to level 99. Current stats are:

Attack: 70
Strength: 70
Defense: 70

Can anyone tell me which are the best training spots for each skill? In both P2P and F2P. Thanks in advance.

P2P: Living rock caverns ! I think Rsbots.net has a beta bot for this, it gets 90k+ combat exp/ hour with 300k+ profit.

F2P : deadly red spiders or w/e they're called that are in the third level of the security stronghold.

The caverns are home to the Living Rock Creatures. There are several Living rock protectors (level 120, uses melee) and Living rock strikers (level 140, uses range at a distance and always melees up close). The Living rock patriarch (level 200, uses melee) randomly spawns every hour or so and always drops 8 uncut diamonds, 3 runite ores, 125 blood runes and 125 mud runes, and is the main attraction in the cavern. All of the Living Rock Creatures are aggressive and the whole cavern is a single way combat area. The Living rock protectors don't attack unless players stand within one space of them. The Living rock protectors and strikers can be quite effective training at a high combat level due to their high life points and excellent drops (especially if the player can mine the remains at 73 Mining). With the right combat and gear players can expect up to 400k gp per hour killing and then mining the remains of these monsters because of mineral prices being so high. These creatures can be given as a Slayer task from Kuradal in the Ancient Cavern. ** Living rock strikers do not attack when a player is wearing the Bone Brooch given as a reward from completing the Partying is Such Sweet Sorrow quest.
This area is perfect to train your combat skills, due to that the amount of lifepoints they have. This area is perfect to get drops, since almost every drop is stackable/noted. They only drop 1 charm at a time, so those who look for charms will be discouraged.

Agreed with all day win. Either hit up the Ghouls or armored Zombies seem to be popular.

Ghouls are safe to bot?

Well from what I've heard Ghouls have been fine, not worse then anything else.

So to bot: Ghouls or Armored Zombies (ARE THEY SAFE TO BOT?). Where can I find both of them? I botted att, str, and def from 60 to 70 in the giants at varrock, but I think it will be to slow to keep botting there. Thanks again for the help.

Just look up the locations on rune wiki or youtube since its hard for us to give an exact explanation.
