Kid on another forum is trying to sell this uber cheap, can anybody give me definite proof that the tag is banned/owned by somebody else so I can get him banned?

He'll ignore any requests like that, does the employee still own it? He has picture proof but he only wants $150 which is bs enough, and I'm fairly certain the image is just inspect elemented.

Yes, but there isn't any real way to prove that.
