I guess it would depend on who you're selling to, someone who has no idea what that is would think it's trash, but if you're selling to a haunted house fan, they might pay up to $10? Maybe?

It's not really worth anything now, however if this place does become quite popular and becomes popular worldwide then it may have some value to it! :)

Nah, That's Statesville. Pretty good haunted house actually.
The one he is selling is in San Diego I believe.

I looked it up and just watched videos on McKamey and Statesville seems worse to be completely honest.
McKamey time: 2 Hours
Statesville: 4 - 7 Hours <- According to my aunt and her boyfriend that went
 
Is that the waiting time or how long it takes to get through? When I went to Statesville, I waited for a max of 1 hour and got through the prison in 20 min. The manor takes anywhere from 4-7 hours to complete, based on the video I watched.

That is wrong.
For the McKamey Manor, you have a choice.
The short tour is 4 hours.
The long one is 7 hours.
