I know that lol. I am not that big of a noob. I mean the style in which you guys have the tabs in.

You have to edit the tabbed.css stylesheet

http://border-radius.com/ <-- that's the site you use to get the code to round them. (don't edit the stylesheet in advanced mode. Add the code to: shadetabs.li.a, .shadetabs, and .shadetabs.li.a.selected (I normally do both)).

To center them: go to tabbed.css (advanced editor) and change (on the first block) left to center.
