2 hours since I was constantly arguing with myself about what I wanted to do with the tag as I creating it. And I don't really have any tips right now unless I see your work where I can see were you're at and what areas are your weakest and strongest.

Photoshop CS5 Extended, but it doesn't really matter what Photoshop edition you use.
