To answer your question yes they will have many swipes for MW3 to check for those types of thing i would suggest that you don't do that.

Thats my problem, I wouldn't want to wait a couple days to get my account back if he did try to steal it. It would just piss me off.
 
You wouldn't be banned, at tops it would be a reset.
Also why not just goto 0 prestege lvl 80 with all unlocks, that's what I'm doing, it looks more legit.

It has a pretty good stats it not my main or anything but i use it for back up i would care if i lost it.
