Yes there is, what you do is log in and it should say open dispute and shit then it should respond so you do so and give them a reasonable thing and they will review and decide.

Theirs not much you can do just add some proof, and if you loose you'll go -150 in debt, it happened to me before their not much you can do either you win the claim or you loose.
