Swapping tags?

Anyone know the exact amount of time it takes for tag to show up available on the Xbox again after changing it? I timed it once and it took 15 minutes exactly but that was a while ago, and I think the time frame has been changed. I already know it shows up instantly on xbox.com which is how people turbo. But anyways if someone knows hmu.
 
When I chatted with an XBL agent he told me it could take anywhere from 48 hours to 7 years. Usually just 48 hours unless it glitched up or something.

Wow that is pretty gay. They give turboers 48 hours to simply push a button on their computer. Fucking idiots.

That's not correct. When I swapped "nominate" it took all of 30 seconds. The agent is stupid.
 
its pretty much instant. agents give large time frames because they dont know or because they dont want to be accountable.

Tags swapped usually are available right away. But if not, it can take up to 48 hours to 7 years...
 
If you swap from Xbox it is immediately available.
If you swap from Tinker it is a 15min limbo delay.

Hope I helped. All these people are confusing you I see.
