Swapping Live ?

Is there any way possible you can swap live from one xbox live account to another ?​

Here is what I told them when I wanted to swap, I told him that I wanted to reset my rank in Black Ops. He told me that he was not able to do that, and so I asked him would you be able to swap my live to a new account. He said that he would be able to remove my live and send me the codes in an email.

Yes call them and tell them you need to strip your live because you are moving
and won't be on for quite some time.
