Where tf do i go to unsuspend it? This is my 2nd one thats been banned in under a week :/

More than likely you've been involved in what's called a ban-wave, where multiple accounts of yours get suspended at once, the suspensions placed will be permanent and there isn't many ways to un-suspend your accounts.

I got 3 of my accounts involved in a ban-wave a few weeks ago, shits annoying.

All my shit got suspended a couple of weeks back, @Coker & @Goody + a couple of others. Doesn't really matter though.
