Ok, so I read about the whole thing, this happens every day all over the world.

19742260 has continued charging me even though i did not make any calls or txt to it and seems to activate everytime i use my phone to call or txt another person. My phone eventually broke and the SIM couldnt be used, i went to Vodafone but they wouldnt cancel the service for me and didnt help.
