After I pay off my forums custom theme, I plan on upgrading a member with all three packages.
 
Just paid for donator and power for when I reach the requirements, thanks philly. :]

I plan on upgrading someone tonight and Vans you won't receive Power until you buy Onyx and have 250 posts and 5 vouches.

You can, they just won't come with the discount price.
Philly opens up discounts regularly, just wait until then.

It likely depends on whether or not he still has this offer going. Chances are no, but you never know. As he might open it up sometime when you can actually buy one of the discounted items. An idea for you is to maybe get someone to buy you it now, then pay them back later. Just in case Philly doesn't offer it in the next few weeks or whatever.

Onyx, and donator have no requirements. Power is the only one with requirements , and when you don't meet them I just hold it until you do meet them so you lock in the deal. Pm me if you have further questions. Also there is never a time I will tell someone when I will be holding the next deal. It could be a month or it could be tomorrow. But this is going to be closed shortly so if you want it now I suggest upgrading asap.
