Yes, at one point it was. I believe it became open when the owner decided to sell it.

All revenue from the Sun award will go towards the two sequels. Users who purchased the original award will also be granted full exclusive rights to the sequels.

If you purchase this award you will receive the sequels. (Providing that enough users buy-in.)

As of now, I can only fully guarantee one sequel. The donors will also be the one's who vote on the color's used for the next awards!
