Referral markings should be removed once a user is banned.

Example;

I've got a user on my referrals that was a multi, he got banned.

therefor it was vanish from my referrals.
I don't give any flying monkeys if this has been suggested before, I think this would lower those that get banned members to consistently signup using there name for referral to gain the award.

I completely agree with this. I know people like Ascending have like 30 something referrals and most of his are banned. I don't think they should count.
Maybe we could also keep track of all the people who were referred to the site that got banned and if a person refers a certain amount of people that get banned they get banned for constantly bringing bad people to the site.
