[suggestion] welcoming someone

i have a suggestion ok so you should try making something that welcomes someone to the site on there first thread like for example if i just joined the forum then posted my first thread there would be a "BOT" account that would welcome me to the forum providing links to rules etc.
 

Philly has a bot that does that already when someone introduces themselves.

I have it setup to where I send the users a pm, and I also automatically post on their introduction threads.
