[Suggestion] Web design section [Suggestion]

Hey man, I think a great feature for this site would be a web design section.

I know that would be my favourite section of the site

I plan on adding this type of section, I just don't want to add it if it won't have any activity. If you can guarantee activity, I will add it. If activity in it ceases, it is getting removed.
