Suggestion: Revive 'Request Missing Awards' Thread

I would like to see this section brought back, because appears to be dead at the moment. Maybe a current mod can be in charge of giving the awards out? (@/Chill)

I've already offered my full support to handing out the awards myself, if anyone else agrees feel free.

I know Plague has some irl issues going on atm though, hope he sorts them out.

The section they haven't added a section I think is due to the amount of work multiple threads would create. With Plague owning a single awards thread, it's easier for him to check replies. But with some help, that section would be a really neat addition.
