This is probably from the theme, but whenever I get a PM it appears with a black outline that matches the background of the website. Most times, I completely skip over it and don't even notice it until later (way later). Anyways, is there anyway to change the color of the PM notification outline to make it look more visible? Like make it how it is from HF.
