Suggestion - Koin rep.

I believe we should make it where non-upgraded members can +1, and the price is 100 Koins. They can also do this with negative rep for the same price.

Anyone agree?

No, users pay to be able to rep people. Also people would make random accounts to neg rep people. This is a horrible idea.

Should make it an option where they can do it as many times as they want for 5,000 koins. Negative rep should be for 10,000 koins so it will get some of the spammers less of a chance to get it.

Um, simply stated: no. It's not necessary. I believe neutral reputation should allowed gor non upgraded members.
