Suggestion in regards to the "Programming" forum.

There needs to be some rules set forth in this section.

This thread and this thread have no reason to be in the section. They are 'boot requests', which have no value what-so-ever.

I suggest implementing thread prefixes, or add a couple of sub forums for a week or so to see how the activity is; if it's not so great, close them. If it is, keep them.

Just my two cents.
