This is just a suggestion, but I think there should be a better way to deal with scammers then instantly banning them.

Such as blocking them from being able to post on anything but the scam report, and PM, that way they can be banned until they fix what they have done.

because I have been scammed, opened a report, and then the person gets banned, but It is not really resolved, because I was still scammed and didnt get my money back, and I am sure that has happened to someone else here.

Anyways I dont know if thats even possible, but its just a suggestion

They can post a pardon and work out the situation from there.

they are normally given 48 hours to resolve the problem, if they don't post within that amount of time the account they own is terminated regardless of what happened.

Everyone knows the consequences of scamming (resolving in a ban). Chances are that if they scammed you they won't give you you're stuff back buddy. If they wanted to, FK wouldn't make a difference. They would message you privately about wanting to resolve things.

That's only with highly ''trusted'' users I believe. I got scammed by a new member that was onyx and he got banned not even an hour later. He wasn't even on too.

yeah normally they scam because they know they'll get banned and you won't receive anything back so this is pointless
it'd be better if it was how hf was you just get repfucked and you show up on a plugin that shows you have a valid scam report on you
@chapter is the one who told me about the plug in

Hmm, I have never seen the difference between both trusted and non trusted users scamming out. I don't really pay attention to that section either so I wouldn't know. I was just putting my affection and input on the subject.

Anyone who has a scam report open against them should be moved to a new usergroup called Trade with Caution which would give them an Italic name (similar to registered) and a usertitle of Trade with Caution (in red) or something similar.
This would then make people more aware about trading with that user.
The same principle can also be used for people who scammed but paid back, they should have that status for a period of time.

Well the user that scammed me wasn't scamming out. He scammed me for 5$. https://www.forumkorner.com/thread-235876.html

Really stupid since his Onyx costed him 18$ lmfao

I see. Haven't really seen that around at all. Maybe it should be made more obvious?

Edit: I see it has it's own UB. All good.

Normally Yeah, I just saw a mod close a report without the sellers input at all in 2 hours...

Yep! I have that UB. I believe I'll always have it. So if I ever decide to purchase, I'll most definitely go first.
