Stuck on previous passwords :/

So I have been recovering this account, and I know the country hes from, his name and basically thats it. I keep getting stuck on previous passwords, and occasionally also recovery details. I cant seem to find him on the internet either. What should I do?

Try to just put his last name as his password or something
Not to sure about how you would find out his previous passwords That I guess you have to just make up
