Steam accounts don't sell anywhere near the price that the games are worth.
I'd say 60-70$ would be a good price to be honest.
You've got COD's, Counterstrike and Gmod, but many of the other games aren't crazy appealing to most people.
Meaning that the games together is worth something like $600. Buying the account with these games will be alot cheaper than the original price as if not, people would just make their own account and buy the games themselves.
