I wouldn't be paying via paypal. I figured we could go about using some other method like WU, or Amazon. I don't use paypal, and I can't put money from my bank, onto anything other than those above^

Im 15 years old, not exactly sure how I would use WU, as for Amazon goes you would have to pay more than you would with PayPal.

You have to be 18+ to pick up WU too, so if you look young they'll ask for ID, and then you would be screwed.
