Stat Twitters

I was looking for some stat Twitter accounts privately and I came across a couple of them. I was wondering how much I should buy them for. He gave me a price and it seems like a good deal. I just want to make sure with you guys.

He said the second one has been inactive, so it doesn't get as much and I just need to put a little work into it.
