stat IG questions

I'm not sure if it's better to just make my own Stat & buy shout outs / promotions or to buy a stat and go from there.

Anyone who owns Stats / knows shit about them have any advice?

If u have a nice theme that is new and unique that you think people are gonna like then start one off and buy promotions, but only if it's a really good theme otherwise you're just wasting your money because shouts are expensive as fuck.
