Staff should PM when giving warnings/infractions

Whenever a staff/mod person infracts us with a warning they should send us one of those PMs notifying us that we have been infracted.
 
It would be nice if they would, but I don't think its necessary.
 
I feel they should at least PM you with the reason you recieved a warning.
