SS Vs BGS

What would be the better training weapon for me if I had the following stats,

96 Strength
80 Attack

Do the strength and attack bonuses of the BGS compensate for its lack of speed?
 
SS.. That's like asking if you want to drown or would you like to live? >.>
 
I'd say SS. Especially for training, neither of the specials are great, but I think SS spec is better than the BGS.
 
Don't train with godswords. Train strength with SS and attack/defense with whip.
 
I heard that the SS is as fast as a dragon scimitar, therefore it is good for training strength.
 
I spent 50m on an AGS for training and was quickly and abruptly informed by many passer-bys that I should go sell the AGS and buy full Bandos and a Sara Sword. I haven't regretted listening to those people yet... SS all the way.

EDIT: Oh hey, 600th post.
 
I'd have to say the Saradomin sword by far. It's hits are much more quicker and accurate.

No you idiot, They're as fast as whips.
 
SaraSword if you want for the spec and For training

Bandos if you want a Cheap sword Last Time I checked they were 7-8m do yea
