I just felt like doing one of these since I've seen many spring up on HF and saw au3's, so I decided I might as well make when since I consider myself a veteran of the site.
The First Day
I have no idea what the date was, but I do remember it was when I still when on TG(not TTG, TG) and HTF, so a long time ago. I wasn't too active, posting a few posts, showing off my graphics mainly. Keep in mind, this was before they had made the Hi-Tech ranks the official ranks, from what I remember. The site was only up for about a couple of days, maybe a week and a half before it went down. After that, I forgot about it partially, but it was still in the back of my mind since I somewhat liked the site. It wasn't the most active, but it was a fun community that gave everyone a chance.
The Return
Well it was at an unexpected date that I can to find that UziGaming was up once again. I had decided that it must've been up for awhile by the time I came back, since some posts dated a long time ago. I went ahead and restarted my account over since, I think it was this forum, that I had to remake my account due to the fact that something was done with the databases. Well yeah, I came back, shared my GFX again, etc. No one remembered me, and I don't really blame them as I was not very active before the whole forum reset.
A Turning Point
It was about the time I made the Hi-Tech ranks where I started actually experiencing what it was like to be a part of the actual UG community. I'm not 100% sure, but I think it was about the time when I made the ranks that I had gotten more and more attention for my graphics, which led me to my current position today.
Today
Things have changed a lot for me since I first came here. It's like a new school, sort of. You came, not really said anything and didn't do much, then you become more familiar with your surroundings and the community of the forums and you become used to it and more comfortable enough to post more than just graphics.
So yeah, not really much. Hope you enjoyed that little story.
