Ugh man I want to but I have given out lots of them for free already. Mostly on another site though. It's only $2, don't think a vouch copy is necessary.

Hey bro, I can't make one at all since my IP is blocked or something. It won't let me chose
the US for anything and I can't find it in "Contests" when I'm in canada.
