Specific Pokémon Twitter

Hello everyone, I'm currently in search of a specific Pokemon Twitter handle. Now I don't want to get the owner suspended or anything so I'll star out what the username is. The username is "R*g*r**k". The only hint I'll give is that it's one of the Regi Pokemon. 

Whoever has this, if anyone on here has this, name a price and I'll work something out.

This isn't the only Pokemon Twitter I'd be willing to buy though, if I can't find the owner to this one then anything 1st to 4th generation will be great too as long as it's not a main Pokemon since I'm assuming I won't have a high enough budget for one of those.

Aw damn that's a shame. I assumed it would've been owned by a member of this community because of the amount of, I'd guess you'd say "OG" usernames it's following.
