I need help. I have no clue how to do section F. Any help towards the right direction?

I sort of know what to do, but I am not entirely sure.

You simply put in the word decir in the appropriate form, then que (that) and whichever the other verb is that the sentence wants you to use.

Use the verb decir and oir? "Tu dices que oyes gritos" that's present so I guess all of them have to be in present too?

Sarita dice que oye disparos.
Carlos y yo decimos que oimos pasos.
Los hermanos dicen que oyen voces.
Yo digo que oigo suspiros.
Tu dices que oyes musica.
Elena y Clara dicen que oyen una sirena.

By the way, I didn't put any á, é, í, ó, ú, might want to check for those.
