Spam Forum/Section?

I am suggesting that a section of the forum be made to just let people make fun threads in...Kind of like the Lobby but you do not gain post count and trolling, mild flaming, etc. are allowed. Just to where you can have fun posting funny threads that may not fit into other categories and you can just mess around.

Thoughts?
