Considering I got around 4 zeals per hour, you work it out (if you can't: http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=100/4)

Work out the zeal on tip.it the divide by 4, that's how long (roughly)

Yes. I went on Vacation to NYC for a week. I came home to 99 Strength. So yeah, around a week.
