so i dont know what to run im ganna try to run it for a hour do i need any quests done or anything and can it walk from where i am or do i have to walk it o the place and whats the best settings?
 
You don't need any quests, settings vary from each person. I stopped using mine because of my shit computer.

If your meleeing, kill pryi fiends if your slayer is high enough. If not, bandage people.
Don't range because you get kicked often.

hey well this is my first time my slayer is 1 can u help me talkt o me on msn or anything?
 
well I always ran to obby because it would be hard as fuck to ban me because of so many people...
I did quick prayer, never did spec, and I joined last winning team. Thats all I can remember
 
There might be a guide on the settings if you go to rsbot.net forums and their soulwar bot section. I think I saw one there before.
 
The setting i use are : Join team by clan chat ( turn all other chat off and join a cc like 3zealsftw or maxzeals)
To keep activity level up either do attack player,Heal player or attack pryi fiends
I ticked the quick prayer box and unticked all the others.

Hope it helped with this method I usually get 4-9 zeal's per hour depending on which time it is on at.
