These rules are a bit off.
You need to include dimensions for the tags, if any.
Having "Rune-Gear" in the tag can kill the tag, and can really ruin the atmosphere, so it's useless having the unneeded text.
You may want to add if collaborations are allowed, and having a screenshot of your layers panel is useless as well.

I can change the name of the layer, and the width/height of a layer stolen from a .PSD, how is showing the name of all my layers going to help prove I'm a ripper?

Landon, they are just trying to improve it tbh. Constructive Criticism just like when you post graphix.
 
I've been in the graphic scene for over 5 years, I think I know how SOTW/SOTF's run haha.
I'm just giving friendly advice.
