Maybe, as of right now, if I can get all my resources back then yes.
 
I think people shouldn't post their entry, they should PM them to you. And the images can't have their username, so then it doesn't becomes a popularity contest.

Better idea, only text in the signature should be the title of the signature and maybe RG.

Pretty much what Kevin posted above this. The only text it should have should be "RG" or "RuneGear" where you would put your username.

The idea is that they're anonymous so people don't vote for something because a friend made it but because it's the best one in their honest opinion.
